We will provide you with a final written report identifying the defects that we observed and deemed material.
Scheduling a Home Inspection
Home Inspections are performed 7 days per week. A typical inspection will take between 2 and 4 hours, and depends upon several factors that include the size of the property, the overall condition, age, and complexity of the home.
Should I attend the inspection?
At the end of the inspections, clients are encouraged to attend and ask questions while the inspector gives a comprehensive review of the home identifying the defects that we observed. At the end of the inspection, a detailed report with photos will be prepared and delivered promptly after the inspection.
